Through hands-on restoration projects, environmental workshops, and exploration of the Golden Gate national parks, the Urban Trailblazers (UTB) program offers young people rich combination of experiences. For seven weeks every summer, 66 middle school students in San Francisco public schools and from diverse backgrounds are introduced to the outdoors and inspired to do their part in creating healthier communities.
