Join our yearly tradition, “Mt. Tam Day of Thanks,” a large volunteer workday to celebrate and give thanks for our beloved mountain. This year, join us at Muir Beach for a morning of creek and wetland revitalization. Projects may include weeding and planting wetland and creek-loving vegetation. Give thanks by giving back!
We will meet at the Muir Beach parking lot. Don’t forget to wear close-toed shoes and clothes that can get dirty, warm layers, rain jacket if needed, and a water bottle. We will plan to work through light rain or spotty showers; heavy rain may cancel--program leaders will send email updates if there are any questions. Suitable for ages 13 and up. Minors 15 and under must have a guardian present. Minors 17 and under who show up without their parent or guardian must bring a completed volunteer agreement form with their parent’s/guardian’s signature.
Registration is required for this event.
