Join California State Parks and One Tam for a morning of habitat restoration! We will be removing a fast-spreading weed (oblong spurge) on Bolinas Ridge, while enjoying sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. We will be using hand tools, and no experience is necessary. Water, snacks, and tools will be provided; please bring a water bottle, footwear appropriate for variable terrain, long pants, and long sleeves. This event is suitable for ages 12 and up; volunteers younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No registration required, but RSVPs are appreciated!
Meeting Location: Gravel pull out on West Ridgecrest Blvd. (Google Map)
Directions: From Rock Spring Parking Lot (intersection of Pantoll Rd. and Ridgecrest Blvd.), drive west on West Ridgecrest Blvd. for 0.4 miles. Look for the One Tam truck in the gravel pullout on your left (west side of the road). Nearest restrooms are at Rock Spring Parking Lot.
