Discover the geology, ecology, and cultural history of the area with others who love Mt. Tam. Led by trained volunteers from the Friends of Mt. Tam, this 3.5 to 5 mile hike with under a 1,000' elevation gain is slower paced. For beginning hikers, senior hikers, and in-betweeners. The topic for this hike will be "Winter on Tam". Be sure to bring hiking boots, plenty of water and a light lunch.
