Thank you to everybody who joined us for a spectacular opening weekend of Presidio Tunnel Tops! From the ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, July 16, to the public opening on Sunday, July 17, it was a weekend full of fun from every angle. Enjoy these photos showing the food, the art, the pups, the Golden Gate Bridge views and the photos snapped with those views, the performances, and above all, the people!
Presidio Tunnel Tops is a 14-acre national park experience situated atop the Presidio Parkway tunnels, connecting Crissy Field to the Main Post of the Presidio with spectacular views, welcoming spaces for friends and family, and lots of things to do.
Saturday's ribbon cutting was a special time to thank the people who got us to this point, from the 10,000 community members who provided input on the design, to the Presidio Tunnel Tops campaign donors who raised $98 million for the project, to the partners, public officials, youth leaders, and EVERYBODY who helped make this park.
