The Roving Ranger welcomes visitors at Mori Point.

When: Saturday, July 6, 2024, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Where: Mori Point

Come meet our Roving Ranger and the San Mateo County Library Van at Mori Point to read and learn with each other! The theme for this event is Indigenous knowledge. We will have books focusing on this topic, tea tasting, and discussions on the importance of Indigenous knowledge in our park sites to help preserve the land. We will also have time to sit and read anything you might have or would like to check out from the library van itself.

Everyone who registers will be getting a FREE copy of "Braiding Sweetgrass"! Please come prepared to read, learn, and discuss with community on the importance of this topic as we walk through Mori Point together on a guided walk.

Please bring layers, sunscreen, and water with you. We look forward to seeing you out at Mori Point!
