Elyse Wood joined the Parks Conservancy’s Crissy Field Center team in 2011. Elyse first worked as the Communications and Administrative Coordinator where she managed the database for program participants, kept the website updated with stories of youth interacting with their national park and kept the office running smoothly. She shifted roles to work directly with youth in the Inspiring Young Emerging Leaders (IYEL) program as the Program Coordinator and later as the Program Manager. Elyse facilitated workshops and trainings for staff, mentored and supported youth, worked with young people to plan events and think about their futures. She continues to collaborate and engage with the Center.
